• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and advanced analytical tools in order to provide analytics & reports to management

• Initiating BI developments that will support planning and strategy execution

• Developing models for short and long-term forecasting on performance on main company KPIs and implementing forecasting into monthly/weekly reporting to management

• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities

• Gathering data requirements from OSS, BSS, data collection systems, and other systems while working with Operational Teams, Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse and making the data available for reporting and analytics

Business Operation Analyst
